Face coverings (covering nose & mouth) are required for everyone six years and older.
Six feet social distancing is required in all areas of the venue.
Seating throughout the arena will be marked off in groupings of two, four, and six seats. Spectators may only sit in the open seats.
We encourage spectators to pre-purchase their admission tickets through our website. Tickets will be wristbands and must be worn on the wrist to enter venue. Pre-purchased tickets will be available for pick up starting Friday, January 8th at 7:30 AM and throughout the event. We encourage you to pick up your tickets early to cut down on lines.
The building does have capacity limits. Based on previous years’ admission sales, we will not reach those limits. Currently, there is not a limit on spectator tickets.
Spectators are not allowed in section 101, 102, or 103. This section is only for gymnasts waiting on their session to start. Please do not gather in the concourse by this section. Drop your gymnast off in this section and find a seat in the arena.
At the conclusion of the awards ceremony, parents will pick up their gymnasts in the concourse at section 121.
Pre-ordered event merchandise can be picked up in the GK merchandise booth.
Gymnasts
Gymnasts must wear a face covering (covering nose and mouth) at all times except while on the competition floor during their session.
Gymnasts must wear a face covering during awards.
Up to 30 minutes prior to their session start time, gymnasts may be dropped off at sections 101, 102, and 103 to sit with their team and wait for their session to start.
Gymnasts will enter the arena floor through section 101, 102, and 103.
Awards will immediately follow each session.
Gymnasts will exit awards to the concourse at section 121.
Coaches
Coaches are required to wear a face covering while in the venue and on the competition floor.
Food can not be served in a hospitality area. Each club can pick up their concession vouchers at the head table on the arena floor. Your entire weekend worth of vouchers will be in your envelope.
Pick your athletes up from section 101, 102, and 103 at the start of each session. The arena floor can be accessed through these sections without going through the concourse. Only gymnasts competing in the current session are allowed on the competition floor.
Each competitor receives a leotard. Coaches will pick up their team’s leotards at the head table. They will be labeled with the gymnast’s name.
Coaches sign in will be at the admission ticket office. Once you sign in you will receive a wristband. You must be wearing the wristband to access the competition floor.
